Donna Gabor has been teaching religion at Notre Dame for seven years. She
graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in
Environmental Studies with a biology concentration. She also has her
Education Certification from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
She has been granted professional religious certification from the Diocese
of
Knoxville. She is an alumni from Notre Dame and has one daughter who
graduated from Notre Dame in 2004 and her second daughter will graduate in
the Class of 2006. |

Margie Hayduk

Ms. Margie Hayduk graduated from
UTC in May '97 with a BS in Psychology (Magna Cum Laud). She is the
mother of five and grandmother of two. Three of her children graduated from
Notre Dame. Ms. Hayduk teaches senior religion.

Jenny Rittgers

Jenny Rittgers joined the Notre Dame faculty in 2004, and is an alumna of
Notre Dame High School. She graduated from Aquinas College, with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Education as well as a certification in Catechetics.
Ms. Rittgers is currently the Youth Minister for NDHS as well the Community
Service Coordinator. She teaches Freshman Religion 1 and Christian
Leadership, and is an assistant coach for basketball cheerleading. She is
also the Confirmation Coordinator for Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

Katie Sprinz

Katie Sprinz is in her fourth year of teaching at NDHS. She is a graduate of
the class of 2000, and has a B.A. in the Program of Liberal Studies from the
University of Notre Dame. She currently teaches morality and social justice
to juniors as well as a couple classes of Religion 4. She helps with the
Girl's Basketball team, assists with the SEARCH program, serves on the Honor
Council Committee, and co-sponsors a club that mentors young women. |

Carol Thompson

Carol Thompson has been teaching Religion at Notre Dame for 15 years and
currently serves as head of the department. She graduated from the
University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in secondary
education and a minor in economics. She holds a Professional Catechist
certification form the Diocese of Knoxville. Mrs. Thompson is an alum from
the class of 1984 and is proud to work at Notre Dame. |

Mark Wilkinson

Mark
Wilkinson joined the Notre Dame faculty in 2006 to teach Religion. Mark
holds a B.A. degree in Sociology with a minor in Religion from Lee
University. He is currently enrolled at Loyola University, New Orleans
pursuing a Master of Religious Education. Mark was previously employed as
the Director of Religious Education and Youth Ministry at St. Therese of
Lisieux Church in Cleveland, Tennessee. Mark is married with five children.
He spends summers on overseas mission trips with Notre Dame students and
youth from the Chattanooga deanery.
