NOTRE DAME AFTER SCHOOL SUPERVISION PROGRAM

An After School Supervision Program is available to students in the Library Media Center (LMC) everyday from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Students who have not been picked up from the front of the school by 3:30 must report to the LMC. Any student who is not working directly with a teacher, coach, or advisor at any time between 3:30 and 5:30 must also report to the LMC. Parents must come into the LMC to sign out their child unless they’ve paid in advance.

The service is provided free of charge until 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m. there is a $5 fee per day. Students who are not picked up from After School in the LMC by 5:30 must pay an additional $5 fee. Students MUST picked up by 5:45 p.m.

Parents, if you are running late, please call the LMC directly to speak with the supervisor: 624-4618 x 1022. Parents must come into the LMC to sign out their child unless they’ve paid in advance.

The After School Supervision Program is run by teachers. Paying in advance to the business office or directly to the teacher on duty in the LMC is encouraged. Parents may pay weekly or monthly in advance. With advance payment there is no need to come in to sign students out. Receipts for cash payments are available on request. Students owing After School Supervision fees will have report cards, schedules, etc. held until fees are paid in full. Continuous nonpayment means the student may not use this service.

After School Supervision Rules:

1. Report to the LMC at 3:30 p.m.

2. Students must work quietly on school work at tables or the computers

3. Students must have completed a Computer Use Form to work on computers.

4. All students must be in full uniform.

5. Students must ask permission from supervisor to go to restrooms or lockers.

6. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE LMC!

7. Parents must come in to sign out their child unless they’ve paid in advance.

After School Supervision Program At-A-Glance:
